> Waiver of responsibility must be signed
> All Cancellations must be made by February 1 in order to get a refund minus deposit
> Cancellations made after February 1 will result in you loosing all funds paid unless you find a replacement so that you can recoup your money
> Late fee of $25 will be charged if payments are not paid on time
> Failure to attend due to Covid -19 or any other unforeseen illness or circumstances will result in you losing your money unless you send a replacement in your place
